Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I believe a Bitcoin spot ETF is long overdue. The current (futures) ETF is convoluted and more difficult for the average investor to understand. This could lead more investing mistakes and uncertainty by investors. This change would allow for easier decision making regarding investment strategies. I feel that a conversion to a spot ETF would actually be safer for the retail investor. Sincerely, Billy Morris - Kansas
