Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I’m located in Dallas, TX, and strongly believe that US investors should have access to a spot ETF. Many institutions and pension funds cannot hold the underlying asset, and this would offer the best way to have true exposure to Bitcoin pricing and transparency for investors. Sincerely, Billy Gannon
