Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. A futures ETF, in my view, allows more potential investors to invest in products that the do not understand and the trust nature of the current product leads to too much premium and discount to NAV.
