Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. GBTC as a percentage of my overall portfolio allows me to diversify and plan for retirement. GBTC converted to an EFT will further assist me and many more as the shit space develops.
