Dear SEC - Concerning the matter of the conversion of Grayscale's Bitcoin Trust (GBTC) into an ETF, I encourage you to thoughtfully review and approve this application. We would like the option to invest in a Bitcoin ETF based on underlying BTC holdings and current spot prices. We know many other investors who like us, understanding the risks inherent in this developing asset class and some of the limitations in investing through ETFs, still have a strong and informed desire to have a convenient and reliable way to invest via a spot ETF. Grayscale with GBTC and other products, has shown itself to be a responsible leader in this area, and as the largest and most reliable BTC fund to-date, we believe they are the best candidate for conversion into a spot ETF.
