Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I hold several hundred thousand dollars worth of GBTC and would love to have a more fair market dynamic afforded by an ETF mechanism. I live in the state of New Hampshire. Sincerely, Wayne Nilsen
