Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I reside in Minnesota and feel as though a spot Bitcoin ETF would be of great benefit to me and many other investors. A low cost ETF option directly tied to the price of Bitcoin that could be owned in a tax-deferred account or normal brokerage account would benefit investors like myself. It is time to approve such a product to give investors another safe option to invest in bitcoin. It is time. Sincerely, Jake Anderson
