Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. As a small retail investor in GBTC, I am imploring the SEC to approve Grayscale's conversion of their bitcoin trust to an ETF. This will accomplish two things. First, it will effectively lower the 2% fee paid by investors annually. Second, it will allow the security price to more closely track the price of bitcoin (the reason for it to exist).
