Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. It is ridiculous that I have to send this email. Your unrational course of action has been very destructive to my retirement portfolio and increases distrust in the traditional financial system. It is long past due for you to take corrective action and allow the conversion of GBTC into a spot ETF so Americans can compete with the rest of the world. Sincerely, Chris Jeffords
