Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I reside in California and have invested in equities, crypto, commodities and real estate for 20 years. Crypto is no longer a baby. It's been 10 years in the making. I would like the ability to put a small percentage of my 401K (about 5%) into a crypto ETF (I am actually more supportive of some of the innovative altcoins out there such as Hedera and XRP than I am Bitcoin, but a BTC ETF would be a good start).
