Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. As a resident of NJ I fully support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. Investors should have access to invest in the spot asset. With a bitcoin futures ETF already approved in the US, it doesn’t make sense NOT to allow a pure spot ETF based on the underlying bitcoin asset. The US is already behind other countries, such as Canada, in the approval of a spot bitcoin ETF and is being left behind. We deserve an ETF to be able to invest for the future.
