Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. More and more governments, big institutions and banks are embracing crypto. The fact is, crypto is here to stay and converting this fund to an ETF would more effectively track the real price of bitcoin. Sincerely, Tibor Fekete
