Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I am located in Florida. I am concerned that the United States will be left behind and not able to partake in this new economy by not allowing a SPOT etf. I’m a savvy investor and always look to diversify especially in uncorrelated asssets. Unfortunately I’m forced to pay a high management fee for GBTC since it’s a trust. If the spot etf gets approval I’m able to pay less for this product. Sincerely, Chris Fernandez
