Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I live in eastern Ohio (Trumbull County), and as a long time, but fairly small, investor, I value asset diversification. I feel that a Spot Bitcoin ETF is a much better tool for such diversification than the futures based ETFs currently available, and I urge you to consider approval of this ETF. I believe it is perhaps the easiest and safest on-ramp to the crypto currency marketplace without worrying about wallets, seed keys, and understanding the details behind a futures-only ETF.
