Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I wanted to invest a small amount of money into cryptocurrency but I was afraid to trust the new currency exchanges so I bought some shares of GBTC. If converting my shares makes the stock value fairer to amateurs like me, it seems like the fairest thing to do. Sincerely, Dominic J. Verso
