Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. As an investor I want and chose to invest in Bitcoin and you should facilitate this for us. You should approve a Bitcoin ETF and regulate the entire space.
