Greetings, I request that you approve the conversion of GBTC to an ETF. Even though there is a Bitcoin futures ETF available, It is useless to investors like myself that, correctly or incorrectly, think of futures as a derivative investment that is a type of bet/gamble on the future value of an asset. As an individual investor, crypto and Bitcoin is an asset class that I want some exposure to. But, there is not an SEC approved Spot Bitcoin ETF. I hope that you approve the request to convert GBTC to an ETF. I believe such a fund would afford more opportunities for investors like me to diversify their investments. After such an approval current, and future GBTC holders would also benefit from lower management fees and the fund would track the price of Bitcoin more effectively. This would greatly benefit individual retail investors like myself. Thank you for your attention to this matter, Joseph McIsaac
