Dear SEC, My name is Gregory Spowart I'm writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world's largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I have invested in Bitcoin for over two years now and have studied it's development carefully. As many other countries including Canada have adopted a Bitcoin spot ETF successfully and without undue risk to the investor, I believe it is safe, appropriate and only fair to grant the same opportunity to the US investors. The futures ETF now available is not adequate. Gold, Silver, and other commodity ETFs are available, and as an asset considered a commodity, Bitcoin should be considered the same. As the growth of Bitcoin around the world continues and more people adopt and invest in it the volatility should continue to come down. In many ways it is a much safer investment than many of the stocks and the respective represented companies that are at risk for bankruptcy that are presently allowed for investment.
