Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I'm a lifelong Virginia resident and US citizen. The current structure of GBTC does not protect retail investors who do not have a comprehensive understanding of how discount / premium to NAV works.
