Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. A conversion to a Spot ETF would prove to be a much safer product for retail investors and should be approve immediately. Bitcoin is arguably the most transparent market in the world and is now mature enough for a Spot ETF. The elimination of premiums and discounts in GBTC should be a priority in protecting investors.
