Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. Approving the GBTC proposal will allow for a large inflow of dollars (billions) into the BTC market cap. This will help reduce volatility since at that point Grayscale will be one of the largest custodians of BTC. Sincerely, Jing
