Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I feel like this conversion would much better represent the true value of the BTC and would be the most fair way to conduct business. Please help with this if you can! Sincerely, Rod Neighbour
