Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I understand that having GBTC as an ETF in the market will help the markets perform stronger and help sustain this volatile assets & will help US as other countries will try to duplicate our pivotal moves .
