Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I have a significant portion of my retirement account in this fund and because of SECs refusal to make it an ETF it continues to trade at a discount, causing me significant financial uncertainty.
