Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. As a NY based investor in physical gold etfs , I view the product as a clear way to gain access to another asset class without bearing the cost of ongoing futures trades as those contracts approach expiry. Additionally, it would be easier for me to access this product in the same account as my other stock and fund holdings vs opening a Coinbase account. Sincerely, Craig Sedaka
