Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. Investors shouldn’t have to use OTC foreign markets because the SEC is reluctant to approve trading a crypto underlying ETF. Be a part of the problem, or be a part of the solution.
