Dear SEC,

I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States.

Please seriously consider converting GBTC to an ETF – as currently constructed, it is actually hurting investors (not protecting them) and there is evidence that spot-based ETFs track the underlying asset more closely, more efficiently, and more safely than futures-based ETFs. I work in the financial services space and reside in California.

Sincerely,
Wally
