Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. As a RIA and an investor in GBTC I encourage the SEC to approve the conversion of GBTC to an ETF. Why should U.S. investors be behind countries like Canada in our BTC investments. Our costs of investment in BTC will drop with an ETF in America, which would be in the Best Interest of American investors. I am in Michigan and have been studying BTC for several years. I do not believe that criminals will have an advantage in their illegal activities over their use of U.S. dollars if BTC is an ETF.
