Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. We see no reason why there should not be a Bitcoin fund, and this is the largest fund that exists, proving how investors feel about it. Sincerely, Kevin Malone
