Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I live in Phoenix Arizona and have been invested in GBTC since 2015 and the company has always treated me fair. This was my only option to get exposure in my IRA and I feel that a physical ETF from GBTC offers me a much more secure investment for retirement than any futures ETF. Clearly Bitcoin is part of our future, each day I see new legislature to embrace Bitcoin specifically across the US. Please consider the conversion of GBTC to a physical ETF, as this offers much more protection than any current offering for retirement. Sincerely, Mark Zellers
