Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. A Spot ETF would allow investors to gain direct exposure in a way that tracks the price more accurately - all without holding Bitcoin itself. Spot Bitcoin ETFs are already available in several countries (ex. Canada), and the list is growing. Let's keep our country moving forward. Sincerely, Gus Petersson
