Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. It is extremely troublesome to me that the trust has not been converted yet and many investor's are left in the dark when it comes to safe access to hedging instruments. Instruments like BITO are not sufficient as a GBTC ETF would be at tracking price. This trust absolutely needs to be approved and is a step to a brighter future. Sincerely, Brian Sabino
