Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I belive it to be a great exposure for my custodians that I cannot access this class to otherwise. As a Californian it's important to me to have a diversified portfolio as it is quite expensive to live here. Rather than pull money from my IRAs early I'd rather allocate now and let grow as much as possible before I have to take my RMDs at retirement. Sincerely, Justin Lowy
