Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. A spot based ETF would bring the US more in line with where other countries are already at. The US continues to fall well behind other countries which is an embarrassment where US is normally the leader. This would also greatly reduce the Fees associated with its current situation, which is also a benefit to the consumer. Sincerely, Dennis Gendreau
