Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I live in the State of Texas where Bitcoin mining is one of the fastest growing industries. I’m an investor of GBTC and will like to see it become an ETF so that it can reduce its management fees, more efficiently track the price of Bitcoin and become open to other investors that see the potential and are willing to take the risk. Other countries like Canada and in Asia have done this with great success. Please approve the GBTC ETF just like it was done for Gold. I do not want to invest in a Futures ETF.
