Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. As an Investment Advisor who both owns and manages accounts for clients, one of the bigger challenges I have faced in our crypto currency positions, GBTC being the largest, is the lack of correlation to the underlying Bitcoin price in relation to GBTC pricing. A Spot ETF would eliminate this challenge and problem and myself and clients are in favor of SEC approval for such. Sincerely, Thomas Campbell Michigan
