Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. Grayscale already intends to lower management fees for investors after the conversion. The new investment vehicle structure will also allow it to more effectively track the underlying Bitcoin asset. Both of which would be beneficial to investors. Many other countries have already approved spot Bitcoin ETFs and I feel America is falling behind. Sincerely, Brad Gregory
