Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. As an investor, I desire exposure to Bitcoin on a USA exchange and the Grayscale product offers that. Cryptocurrency is a fast growing industry and this is an excellent way to participate.
