Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), to a Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. This would help protect my investment much better than a futures ETF. The current environment without the Spot Bitcoin ETF is causing me to lose money compared to the spot price which is the opposite of my goal. Sincerely, Andy
