Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. Bitcoin has been around long enough that there ought to be an ETF for it. An ETF is a much safer way for investors to get exposure to Bitcoin than holding their own private keys; an ETF also makes it easier to regulate and track.
