Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I am confounded as to why an bitcoin etf has not been implemented for retail traders as myself to invest in. I reside in California and would like to see this done. Sincerely, Ezra Wery
