Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the US. Bitcoin Futures ETF has been allowed & it is even more important for a Spot EFT. Also, we want US to be the leader in this space & not left behind.
