Dear SEC, I'm writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust(Symbol: GBTC), currently the worlds largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot BItcoin ETF in the united states. I've been in Bitcoin since 2017, and currently able to purchase an ETF in canada. However, it makes no sense that i'm unable to do the same in the US. Also, the fact that large corporations are allowed to manipulate the premium and discounts to their favor would be removed if the spot ETF were approve forcing the price the match the currently held coins. I currently reside in the state of california and believe approving this ETF is good for the U.S. and investors. Sincerely, Robin Phou
