To whom it may concern, I have owned GBTC in my 401k account for multiple years now. At the time there was no way to purchase Bitcoin directly in my account so this was my best option. I think US investors need access to a spot ETF with low fees. Even holding GBTC as it is today has higher fees than it would if it was converted. We need an option. Futures-based ETFs do not fulfill that.
