Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. As a resident of the state of Texas, it concerns me that the SEC appears to prefer derivative based ETFs (I.e. “BITO”) over spot cash ETFs. GBTC has proved its experience, safety and acceptability to investors of all types. It deserves this consideration and should be allowed to convert to a spot ETF. Sincerely, P Badger Peter Badger
