Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I am a Connecticut based school teacher and also a wedding videographer, working two jobs and grinding to support my family. When I first bought Bitcoin several years ago, I did so knowing that it was my opportunity to gain some financial freedom while continuing to work in careers that make a positive difference in our society. Approving the first spot Bitcoin ETF would make a huge difference not only in my immediate life, but also for this great country of America.
