Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. GBTC would provide instant, high liquidity, limiting volatility and supporting accurate price discovery. It would also benchmark lower fees for customers due to its size and liquidity. I, therefore, urge the SEC to authorize GBTC to convert to a spot Bitcoin ETF as soon as possible. Sincerely, Sean Owens
