Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I currently hold shares of GBTC in my IRA. Unfortunately, these shares are worth less than if you would allow conversion to a spot ETF. Since you allow BitCoin futures trading, it makes no sense to disallow a spot ETF. Your efforts to "protect" me are harming me financially. Sincerely, Chris Freyer Texas
