Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. Bitcoin is an open-source monetary protocol. It is the most inclusive, most fair financial system the world has ever seen. GBTC allows people to easily and safely get exposure to bitcoin. Approving a Spot ETF helps millions of Americans, who are not comfortable with self-custody, to gain access to this once-in-many-lifetimes asset.
