Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. ***[PLEASE WRITE YOUR THOUGHTS IN HERE, INCLUDING WHICH STATE YOU RESIDE IN – THANK YOU FOR YOUR SUPPORT]*** I am just an average guy, 79 years old, who got caught in the Morgan Stanley gold naked short fraud some 14 years ago. Lost 80% of my 42 years of savings. I was a high school teacher for those 42 years. Didn't make much money but saved all I could. I am now a believer in Bitcoin. I have watched all of Mr. Gensler's MIT classes on crypto and BTC. He sold me! I chose GBTC as my method of buying BTC.
